I first met Paul when I called a number to ask to view a home on Zillow. He answered and was willing to meet me to view the home. When we met at the home, he asked if he could show me a few others to which I agreed. In the space of an hour, Paul had narrowed down the kind of home I was interested in because he listened and observed my reactions. We met again a few days later and Paul had a couple of homes he thought I might be interested in. He was right! One home we looked at was having an open house. It was perfect! However, after I got home that day, I began to have second thoughts about buying a home at that time because I had not sold the home I was living in and didn't want to take on additional debt.
