I first met Paul when I called a number to ask to view a home on Zillow. He answered and was willing to meet me to view the home. When we met at the home, he asked if he could show me a few others to which I agreed. In the space of an hour, Paul had narrowed down the kind of home I was interested in because he listened and observed my reactions. We met again a few days later and Paul had a couple of homes he thought I might be interested in. He was right! One home we looked at was having an open house. It was perfect! However, after I got home that day, I began to have second thoughts about buying a home at that time because I had not sold the home I was living in and didn't want to take on additional debt. This decision was difficult for me because I didn't want to lose the home we just found and it was disappointing to Paul because he wanted me to get the home I wanted. Paul and I kept in touch and when I was ready to sell my home, I asked Paul to represent me to which he agreed. Paul is a head above when it comes to realtors because he makes a strong connection with his clients by listening intently, observing reactions, asking the right questions and truly wanting to help the client succeed. He is mature for his age. His work ethic is strong. He is strategic and I highly recommend Paul. He will not let you down.
