Paul Haley grew up in Louisville, Kentucky — the second youngest of seven siblings in a close-knit, hard-working family. It was the kind of upbringing where you learn early that nothing worthwhile comes without effort, and that the people around you matter more than anything else. His mother’s side of the family is British, and that heritage — a certain standard, a certain sensibility — stayed with him through every move that followed.

Life moved quickly. Louisville gave way to Santa Rosa, California. Then, at thirteen, Arizona. When Paul arrived in the Valley, he saw something he had never encountered growing up in Kentucky: homes unlike anything he could have imagined. That first impression never left him.

Sport was Paul’s first language — and he spoke it at the highest level. Before basketball, he was a national champion cyclist in cyclocross, competing against the best in the country and winning. He then channeled that same discipline and drive onto the court, becoming a high school state champion and MVP basketball player. Two sports, two national and state titles — the through-line was always the same relentless work ethic.

It was the basketball training that first opened his eyes to real estate. His closest friend lived in DC Ranch, and the two of them would run the upper canyon together for conditioning. Every morning, Paul ran past some of the most breathtaking homes in all of Arizona. He was fascinated in a way he couldn’t fully explain at the time — but the passion was already there.

Not every Arizona Realtor has studied at a tiny school in the south of France. Paul attended LSF in Montpellier — an experience that gave him a broader lens on beauty, craft, and what the word “home” truly means. Paired with his British roots and American upbringing, Paul brings a perspective to luxury real estate that most agents in Scottsdale simply don’t have.

Today, Paul operates with eXp Luxury out of Paradise Valley — where he now lives. He was personally mentored by Ryan Serhant, New York Times bestselling author and star of Netflix’s Owning Manhattan, and trained under Darren Tackett, whose career has produced over $1 billion in sales. In his first year, Paul ranked in the Top 3% of all producing agents in Arizonaand was nominated Rookie of the Year by the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business.

Outside of real estate, Paul is devoted to his wife and to the things that make life rich.
